SUMMARY:Virtual #GirlsRockSTEM Summit
DESCRIPTION:Play Like a Girl announces its 2020 Virtual #GirlsRockSTEM Summit\, in partnership with Wells Fargo. \nPlay Like a Girl’s 10th Annual #GirlsRockSTEM Summit is going virtual! This 3-hour experience is specially designed for middle school girls NATIONWIDE\, who are eager to participate in science\, technology\, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in a fun and engaging atmosphere. \nWe recognize that many families in our community are still reeling financially\, emotionally and\, for some\, physically from the effects of COVID-19. Because we believe in equality and economic opportunity for all girls – no exceptions\, we will not allow your girls (our girls) to be left further behind because of lack of access or opportunity. That is why we have decided to make this event complimentary to a limited number of girls nationwide. \nThe 3-hour conference will be packed with conversations and demonstrations from diverse women in STEM careers across industries. The girls will enjoy a special dance party to end an afternoon well spent! The live virtual experience will be supported with an on-demand workshop series where girls get hands-on with more women in STEM. \nThis is a virtual event. All event details will be sent to the email used to register for this event. \nRegister for this event TODAY!
