Our Team
Much of our ambition and success is the result of the strategic direction and guidance of our founder Dr. Kimberly Clay.
She is supported by a small but mighty team, with some scrappiness along the way. From board members to staff and volunteers, each member of our team brings a unique perspective to the fight for equal representation in sport and STEM+. And each one lends their individual skill sets to the vision of creating a world where the playing field is level and every girl reaches her full potential.
