April is National Financial Literacy Month! Financial literacy is the ability to understand and effectively use various financial skills, including personal financial management, budgeting, and investing. Learn about Financial Literacy and ways to improve your financial well-being from financial advisors and experts through this series presented by Guardian Life just for the Black Girls CODE Community throughout the month of April!
During this session, we will breakdown the anatomy of a paycheck, share tips and strategies for savings even if you’re working a part-time job, and explore the importance of planning for retirement even if you’re still in college!
Target Audience: This session is best for working high school and college students as well as early-career professionals!
