Experience a high-energy, team-building Power Pack event with girls from our programs. You’ll engage in a special mentoring activity and, together, pack healthy snacks that will be distributed to girls in need across the Nashville community.

You are powerful! By providing healthy snacks to girls who lack access, you’ll be making a difference in their lives and showing them that they are powerful too. And that means everything.

Girls today will be the first generation to have a shorter life span than their parents due to poor eating habits–and a lack of physical activity. Play Like a Girl Power Packs are a healthy snack alternative to junk food and taste great. We focus on quality products that are whole grain, low sodium, and low sugar. In each pack: A fruit, whole grain, protein and a handwritten power note from you to the girl receiving your handmade power pack.

Each adult volunteer is asked to purchase at least one item for the power packs. We also invite those who aren’t able to join the event but want to make a difference to do the same.
