Her commitment to leadership extends beyond her career and into her deep passion for mentoring girls through service on the Play Like a Girl Board of Directors and as former Executive Co-chair of the NextGen Leadership Network. She continuously encourages young professionals to contribute their time, skills, and resources toward creating a more equitable world for girls—especially those from historically underrepresented backgrounds.
In addition to the Women in Business distinction, Kristen also earned recognition as a finalist for the 2025 Cable Nashville Awards, which highlight women who exemplify leadership excellence and a strong commitment to advancing opportunities for women and girls.
