PURPOSE ISN’T A PERK. IMPACT ISN’T A CAMPAIGN.
PURPOSE ISN’T A PERK. IMPACT ISN’T A CAMPAIGN.

PURPOSE BUILDS CULTURE. IMPACT BUILDS CHANGE.
An exclusive, invite-only gathering for Nashville’s CSR, ERG, workplace culture, and social impact leaders exploring how purpose, people, and partnership can create impact that lasts.
Stop Patching Culture. Start Building It.
Work has changed. Culture strategy must change with it.
The 2026 Social Impact Summit brings Nashville’s CSR, ERG, workplace culture, and social impact leaders together for an afternoon of bold ideas, meaningful connection, and mission in action.
This year, we’re exploring what happens when purpose moves beyond perks, programs, and one-off moments and becomes part of how organizations engage their people, invest in community, and create opportunity.
Come to connect. Leave ready to build meaningful impact.

MEET OUR KEYNOTE
Dr. Julia Wiener, PhD
Founder & CEO, JW StrategiesAuthor, Pizza Parties Don’t Build Culture
Dr. Julia Wiener has built culture where the stakes were real. From Fortune 500 environments and leading multicultural teams under pressure to scaling a successful manufacturing company, she has seen firsthand that purpose isn’t a perk. It’s how strong cultures are built.
At the Summit, Dr. Wiener will bring the lessons behind her new book, Pizza Parties Don’t Build Culture, to the center of the conversation, challenging leaders to move beyond performative engagement and rethink how purpose shows up in their people, culture, and communities. Because purpose builds culture. And impact builds change.

Why This Room Matters
The right people. The right conversations. The right next move.
This is not a conference built around passive listening or collecting business cards. The Social Impact Summit is designed to bring together corporate leaders, community champions, current partners, and girls for conversations that can actually lead somewhere.
You’ll meet people shaping workplace culture, employee engagement, philanthropy, talent, and community impact. You’ll hear what is working. You’ll experience Play Like a Girl’s mission firsthand. And you’ll leave with clearer ideas about how your organization can put purpose to work.
Who Belongs in the Room
