This September, Play Like a Girl is heading to Epic Fit Fest 2026 — and we want our girls in the room.
Epic Fit Fest is a one-day wellness and empowerment festival hosted by Black Girl Fit at The Star in Frisco, Texas — the Dallas Cowboys headquarters. The event brings together women and girls from across the Dallas-Fort Worth area for a full day of fitness experiences, leadership conversations, and community celebration. This year’s theme is Revenge Body, centered on transformation, resilience, and reclaiming your power in mind, body, and spirit.
Play Like a Girl is the official charity partner of Epic Fit Fest 2026. That means our girls will have complimentary access to classes, activations, panel discussions, and wellness experiences throughout the day — all in a space designed to show them what it looks like to be healthy, confident, and unstoppable.
