All attendees must meet the following six requirements:

1. The individual is not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19;
2. The individual has not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting/event;
3. The individual has not been subject to quarantine in the Safe Return Plan within the fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting/event;
4. The individual has complied with Thrivent’s Screen-at-Home protocol and does not meet any of the outlined conditions in the Screen-at-Home protocol;
5. The individual must be fully vaccinated (as defined here by the CDC) or they have received a negative COVID-19 test within three (3) days prior to the meeting/event;[1] and
6. The individual must follow the cloth face covering requirements set forth above in the Plan at the meeting/event.

Individuals must follow CDC guidance, including guidance related to cloth face coverings:

• In areas of high or substantial transmission at the time of the event, all individuals (regardless of vaccination status) must wear a cloth face covering.
• In areas of moderate or low transmissionat the time of the event, individuals who are fully vaccinated and submit acceptable proof that they are fully vaccinated have the option to remove their cloth face coverings.

By attending the in-person meeting/event, the individual is affirming to Thrivent that they have met all six requirements above including, but not limited to, that they are fully vaccinated or have received a negative COVID-19 test within three (3) days prior to the meeting/event.  Attending a meeting/event without meeting all six requirements above will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
