Leadership Academy is a six-week intensive specially designed for brilliant 8th grade girls who lack confidence in their own competence, are paralyzed by failure and don’t raise their hand or step up to take on more responsibility. When exposed to the right role models and 21st Century skills, these girls are more likely to lead others on and off the field of play.
