A Leadership Pipeline

NextGen isn’t just a community—it’s where leadership begins at Play Like a Girl.

As our primary volunteer corps, NextGen members fuel the mission from the front lines. They mentor girls, lead hands-on STEM and sports experiences, and bring energy and expertise to special events.

But it doesn’t stop there.

NextGen also prepares young professionals for long-term leadership. Members gain real-world experience and strategic insight that can lead to advisory committee roles—and ultimately, a seat on our Board of Directors. We invest in leaders who reflect the communities we serve—and NextGen is where we find them.

Membership starts with a monthly donation of at least $50 (January–December) as a symbol of your commitment to leveling the playing field for girls. Your gift fuels our programs—and unlocks access to a vibrant network with exclusive NextGen benefits.
