A one-day activation that created lasting impact for girls—and unforgettable purpose for employees.
At Amazon, community impact is more than a goal—it’s part of the company’s DNA. The goal: inspire confidence and curiosity in STEM while giving employees a chance to lead and mentor.
Through this one-of-a-kind event, Amazon employees became mentors, role models, and champions of equity in tech—helping 87 girls see what’s possible for their future.
