PLAY LIKE A GIRL TEAMS UP WITH PROMINENT FEMALE ATHLETES AND SPORTS EXECS DURING 2019 NWHL ALL-STAR WEEKEND IN NASHVILLE

Event Specially Designed for Middle and High School Girls & Mothers

On February 9, 2019, join other passionate female students and student-athletes ages 13-17 at the Play Like a Girl Leadership Summit during the National Women’s Hockey League All-Star Weekend in Nashville. The Summit is a jam-packed afternoon of leadership training, mentoring and community-building intended to empower, educate and embolden young leaders–both on and off the field of play. PLUS, we’re offering a special session for mothers and other adult female role models in girls’ lives.

The Summit will include inspiring speakers, notebook mentoring exercises and an opportunity to connect with other ambitious female leaders, all aimed at enhancing your leadership skills and support system to build a successful Play Like a Girl movement on your campus.

This year’s Summit is part of the Play for Your Future Meetup Series, commemorating National Girls & Women in Sports Day 2019. This event is made possible through the support of Bauer Hockey, Nashville Predators, National Women’s Hockey League, SheIS and espnW.

*Please bring a notebook for mentoring activities/notetaking.*

ADULTS MUST REGISTER. This is not a drop-in event. A parent, guardian or other adult influencer must attend with each registered girl. Space is limited.

Registration includes two tickets to the NWHL All-Star game on Sunday, a t-shirt, swag bag, sponsor activations, refreshments and so much more.
