Role Models
Play Like a Girl connects middle school girls with brilliant women role models and mentors. In this video, you’ll get to meet a few women inspiring girls to reach their full potential.
Meet Your New Role Models
We’re shining a spotlight on women in a variety of fields who are making the world a better (and cooler) place to be. They build robots, find new sources of energy, study animals, help your favorite teams win games, play with slime, and design apps, showing girls all the different career pathways they can pursue and how STEM impacts their lives every day. These are your new Role Models.

Our Passion for Progress
Play Like a Girl champions gender equality and economic opportunity for all girls, no exception. Diversity, equity and inclusion are an inherent part of our brand DNA. We deliver on this promise every single day – without fail.
Since 2004, our purpose has been to inspire the limitless potential in girls. We were the first in the nonprofit sector to bridge the worlds of sport and STEM, making these fields accessible to girls everywhere.
Today, we are shining a light on empowering women role models and mentors in an effort to inspire more girls. Because imagining she can be anything is just the beginning. Actually seeing that she can, makes all the difference.
